SUMMARY
Supervises and coordinates activities of Team Leaders and Team Members in processing scrap, recyclable, and non-hazardous solid waste generated from the process of building automobiles. The responsibilities of this position also include monitoring Resource Management Environmental Management System (EMS) performance, assuring regulatory compliance, continuous improvement in the protection of the environment and reduction of pollution from the activities within the organization and performance of EMS audits.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follows safety guidelines
- Communicates company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations
- Performs Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) inspections
- Has ability to touch type
- Ability to use PC – word processing, spreadsheets, databases, communications, Internet
- Must be qualified to perform all duties and responsibilities of Resource Management Team Member
- Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completions of job assignment
- Establishes or adjusts work assignments to coordinate flow of material
- Recommends measures to improve methods and equipment performance
- Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department or work crew
- Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems
- Reviews monthly reports for accuracy and delivers, as appropriate
- Responsible for enforcement of disciplinary action.
- Assists Team Members and Team Leaders with job duties as required
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma and Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or six months to one-year related experience and/or training preferably in facilities section; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
