ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leads, directs, and coordinates the operations of a group within an operations department.
- Ensures and improves the safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and positive employee relations using the principles of TPS, and other strategies outlined by the company and division directives.
- Driven individual that is results oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
- Working knowledge of DOT Laws and Regulations
- Must obtain Class A CDL License within 6 months or already have them
- The ability to train and lead others to do our everyday assignments with truck operations.
- Shows strong leadership skills and able to multi-task.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or Associates Degree, and a minimum of 3 years experience including supervisory experience.

Starting rate of $21.50/hr.
