Job Description:

Summary:
Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Business Plan, which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the assigned area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company’s vision and values.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in client interaction/communication, client support and maintenance of existing accounts and in association with sales executive.
- Identifies and converts prospects to new customers to augment client base.
- Support customer requests for materials. Apprise clients of upcoming local ORT educational classes, organize RSVPs for upcoming classes, and attend occasional functions/events in support of sales/escrow team.
- Engage in client interactions via social media – on behalf of team, through posting of authorized ORT content via Facebook, Instagram, and other appropriate platforms.
- Maintain sales performance reports via Ramquest system, Salesforce, or Microsoft Excel software, to help monitor team progress. Occasional data entry assistance in Salesforce with sales executive, when needed, and with intent to learn Salesforce strategy.
- Maintains relationships with existing client base in collaboration with escrow officers and management
- Regularly consults with clients/potential clients in attempt to leverage relationships for revenue growth and does so in association and collaboration with sales executive.
- Prepares yearly business plans and/or other status reports as required by management
- Presents title and closing services benefits to large groups. Capable of demonstrations to clients.
- Create detailed client profiles useful in the delivery of services to the client
- Conducts post-closing interviews to determine quality of services being delivered, performance analysis of team, and customer satisfaction with intent to leverage better relationships and revenue growth
- Attends sales meetings as required
- Maintains high visibility in real estate community by representing the company, current sales executive, and team at social/business functions; including but not limited to golf tournaments, industry meetings or seminars, real estate conventions, and through personal involvement in service groups and business organizations
- Maintains strict client confidentiality
- Exhibits a courteous, business-like manner and professional demeanor
- Determine and report competitor activities and market conditions to manager
- At a minimum, the ability to work from 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Regular consistent attendance is required, that could include attendance at after hour Company events.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.
- Coordinate ordering of supplies/flyers/marketing materials for events.
- Schedule use of office location conference room(s) and support meetings with supplies/equipment/refreshments as needed.
- Coordinate/Order food and supplies for RE company events.
- Coordinate help and assistance with sales executive, when needed, to ensure team approach on behalf of office(s).
Knowledge and Skills Required:

- Strong customer service and organizational process orientation, with excellent judgment, discretion and initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail; strong proofreading skills; good Microsoft Office skills with strong Excel background.

Physical/Mental Demands:
- Overnight business travel by air and/or automobile may be required.
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Ability to perform under pressure and be flexible with disruptions throughout the workday.
- Repetitive and continual typing motion is required.
