The Coordinator of Vendor Management is responsible for providing support for the Vendor Management Team by responding and handling administrative tasks and assisting with documentation management. The Coordinator will manage multiple requests at a time and will support the organization and maintenance of the Vendor Management repository.
Essential Functions

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, organizing meetings, document preparation, and managing communication flow.

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor documentation within the Vendor Repository, helping to organize contracts, insurance documents, and service descriptions.

Support the coordination and logistics of vendor diligence reviews and evaluations, ensuring smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.

Facilitate effective communication by assisting with the preparation and dispatch of correspondence to vendors and internal stakeholders.

Assist in the preliminary stages of contract and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) administration by gathering essential information from stakeholders and Vendors, facilitating the review of agreements for key terms and conditions, and ensuring the prepared documents are accurately routed for further review and approval.

Provide support in compiling information and documentation necessary for compliance checks and internal reviews.

Provide support in evaluating vendor pricing structures and contributing to the analysis of return on investment (ROI) for vendor services and products.

Support the preparation and presentation of ROI reports.

Other related tasks as required.

Mortgage industry knowledge helpful but not required.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience
-
Two (2) or more years administrative/clerical experience in a professional setting.

Compensation: $18.50 to $23.13 an hour depending upon relevant work experience, education and other factors.

Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.

The employee is frequently required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently position self to maintain files; occasionally moves boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
