Essential Functions

Facilitate client relations for assigned client(s) and acts as the primary liaison/main point of contact between the client and Covius functional departments.

Organize all communication efforts (meetings, on-site visits, and policy/procedures).

Foster and promote good will and partnership mentality/culture with client(s).

Perform required updates to loan production guidelines and maintains proper tracking and reporting on compliance with approved service level agreements, reporting, and client specific requirements as necessary.

Facilitate, track, and implement client change requests, development and coordination of required contacts, including SoWs, MSAs, Amendments, etc., as well as any program/product changes.

Review and approve client(s) monthly and semi-monthly invoices to ensure all contractual charges and credits are accurately reflected.

Assist with testing efforts (SIT, UAT and ORT) for any client related technology changes which is an integral part of the ‘go-live’ decision once testing is complete.

Work together with and partner with Covius Sales to effectively propose and implement projects resulting from cross-sale efforts.

Foster strong, long-term partnerships between Covius and the client and promote continuous improvement efforts.

Demonstrate proactive sales skills by recognizing business expansion opportunities for existing clients.

This position requires frequent travel up to 20% depending on location or territory.

Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience
-
3+ years of Mortgage Servicing experience required.

Previous relationship management experience preferred.

Compensation: $102,000 - $125,000/year, with 20% AIP

Working Conditions
Work is performed in a climate controlled indoor administrative office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate, depending upon the office or meeting location.
Physical Demands and Activities

The employee is occasionally required to move about the office, operate a computer and other office machinery, such as calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; occasionally position self to maintain files; occasionally moves boxes weighing up to 10 lbs. Close and distance observation required with ability to observe objects at close range in presence of glare or bright lighting (e.g., computer screen). Must possess the ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand and have the ability to interact with external and internal stakeholders.
