Summary:
Responsibilities Include:

Maintain website content for NAM BPC up to date in line with Marketing Leadership

Work with E-Commerce Team to execute the tools, supports and target audiences for the Ecommerce campaigns

Lead web feedback to address response in line with Business and Ecommerce direction
-
Support PA Business presentations
-
Analytics and Data support to strategy as required
-
Create and maintain portfolio models and reports using advanced software applications and tools.
-
Evaluate factors such as sales, market share, production costs, and market potential for each product line
-
Assist with the management of content on NAM marketing campaign + addressing feedback with business leaders
-
PowerPoint creation
-
Assist with the development of standard operating procedures and roadmaps for e-comm development/adoption within the business
Qualifications:
The following are required for the role

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related area
-
2 years internship with experience in Finance and/or market development and/or customer interaction
-
Team working skills
-
Proficiency with PowerPoint and Web tools
-
Experience with Google Analytics
The following are preferred for the role

Experience in customer interaction and follow-up

Experience in data analytics and actions from the data

Business Operations experience
-
Good interpersonal skills
-
Project Management leadership experience or skills to drive programs

Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand, and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and learn technical information. Light lifting is required.

What We Offer:
Base Pay Range: $61,600.00 - $90,310.00
The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company's incentive plans, the Company's financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
