Drive Profitable Growth Through Inside SalesAs an Inside Sales Representative at Momentive, you will be the customer champion, handling inquiries, samples, and turning leads into sales. Leverage your sales expertise to support both external customers and partners. By working seamlessly with field sales and internal teams, you will free up time for new business acquisition while ensuring exceptional order processing and customer satisfaction – all contributing directly to Momentive's profitable growth.
Responsibilities Include:
This exciting Inside Sales role offers you the chance to be the champion for our customers across 3 Business Units (BUs) and interact with customers in the US and LAM! You will be the first point of contact, guiding existing and prospective clients through the entire Order to Cash (O2C) process.
What You'll Do:
Be the friendly voice and email pro, handling Tier I & Tier II customer inquiries across all business segments.
Tier I: Assist with basic requests like product documentation, technical data sheets, and certificates.
Tier II: Tackle complex issues by connecting customers with the right subject matter experts (e.g., Product, Legal).
Own the sample order journey! Process requests efficiently in Salesforce, ensuring all details are accurate for seamless transfer to our SAP ERP system. You will see it through from creation to customer delivery.
Become a master of Salesforce & SAP - these are your key tools for success!
Why You'll Love It:

Growth Potential: This role is a springboard to exciting opportunities within our company.
Additional responsibility details:

- Act as the front line + sedentary business role (aside from Commercial partners) for all inquiries (phone, email, web) related to sales, products, and services and ensuring customers' satisfaction with products, services, and features.

- Work closely with Commercial communities to provide sedentary sales support. Overall responsibilities include maintaining static customer accounts, providing admin support as needed, endorsing value-added activities that drive business + profitability growth, and adopting the “Farmer” profile as earlier defined.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and proactive communication.
- Contributes to internal Self Assessments (AMRS + EUR) for case management audits; employing a unique Inside Sales point of view to ensure compliance. Led by Global Inside Sales Business Process Owner (BPO).
