Werkstudent (m/w/d) Energy and Waste

Summary:

Als Werkstudent unterstützt du bei der Optimierung von Energien am Standort Leverkusen. Das bedeutet, dass du energetische Schwachstellen analysierst und dabei unterstützt Lösungen zu finden und diese zu minimieren. Insbesondere die Aufnahme des Status-Quo ist einer der Haupttätigkeiten. Dies beinhaltet das Erstellen von Datenbanken/Listen sowie das Berechnen/Messen von Energien, Abfällen sowie CO2-Mengen in der Produktion. Du agierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen den verschiedenen internen Bereichen (Produktion, Maintenance und PLT), um Probleme zu identifizieren und innovative Lösungen zu entwickeln.

Dein Engagement und deine Expertise tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, die Zukunft unserer Fertigungsprozesse hinsichtlich Energie, Abfall und CO2 zu gestalten und zu optimieren.

Responsibilities Include:

Deine Aufgaben

Ausführen vielseitiger Tätigkeiten in der Regel nach allgemeinen Anweisungen unter gelegentlicher Fachaufsicht:

  • Unterstützung bei der Digitalisierung von Energien am Standort Leverkusen
  • Aufnahme und Strukturierung von Messstellen in OSI-PI AF
  • Erstellen von Dashboards zur Energieüberwachung
  • Aufnahme von Prozessparametern von energetischen Anlagen
  • Erstellung von Datenbanken für Energien, Abfall und CO2
  • Unterstützung bei Energie- und Abfallanalysen in der Produktion
  • Unterstützung bei der Beschreibung von Handlungsempfehlungen

Dein Profil

  • Student im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik oder Maschinenbau oder verwandte Fachrichtungen
  • Überdurchschnittliche Leistungsbereitschaft und Flexibilität
  • Sehr stark ausgeprägtes Strukturierungs- und Analysevermögen, insb. Fähigkeit zur Komplexitätsreduktion
  • Umsetzungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
  • Gute  Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamorientierte sowie eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Grundkenntnisse in englischer Sprache
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Chemietechnik oder Maschinenbau oder verwandte Fachrichtungen
  • SAP und OSI-PI Kenntnisse
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Datenbanken
