Revenos Director, Operations Excellence - (REMOTE)

  • Supports the Vice President-Revenos in growth with existing and new lead generation projects
  • Ensuring updating and accuracy of Revenos P&L
  • Managing Standard Operating Procedures and Policies & Procedures and other documents.
  • Managing the the scheduling and maintaining of  REVENOS Training calendar system 
  • Managing the Revenos Agent Certification program
  • Alignment of contracts with Legal and Revenos
  • Communicates REVENOS schedules for training, meetings across the enterprise
  • Set up the recognition and celebration of birthdays and staff anniversaries
  • Utilizing the various corporate databases for projects and problem resolution
  • Documents/Sheets/Forms creation to acquire and maintain data retention. 
  • Leading all Project Management as directed 
  • Cross functional Reporting and ad hoc reporting duties 
  • Updating data in various systems 
  • Ensuring compliance and team alignment of duties
  • Ensure accuracy of google drives and directory
  • Liaison and communicating with other departments as requested to ensure knowledge sharing of Revenos increases across the Enterprise.

  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Real Estate License preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, lead generation and operations
  • Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Relocation experience is a plus!
