Supports the Vice President-Revenos in growth with existing and new lead generation projects

Ensuring updating and accuracy of Revenos P&L
-
Managing Standard Operating Procedures and Policies & Procedures and other documents.

Managing the the scheduling and maintaining of REVENOS Training calendar system
-
Managing the Revenos Agent Certification program
-
Alignment of contracts with Legal and Revenos
-
Communicates REVENOS schedules for training, meetings across the enterprise
-
Set up the recognition and celebration of birthdays and staff anniversaries
-
Utilizing the various corporate databases for projects and problem resolution
-
Documents/Sheets/Forms creation to acquire and maintain data retention.

Leading all Project Management as directed
-
Cross functional Reporting and ad hoc reporting duties
-
Updating data in various systems
-
Ensuring compliance and team alignment of duties
-
Ensure accuracy of google drives and directory
-
Liaison and communicating with other departments as requested to ensure knowledge sharing of Revenos increases across the Enterprise.

BA/BS in business administration or related field preferred

High School Diploma/GED required

Real Estate License preferred

3+ years of experience in project management, lead generation and operations

Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Relocation experience is a plus!
