Assist Onboarding Operations, Growth Team and Executive Leadership as they attract agents to eXp Realty
-
Bridge communications between Leads, Brokerage Owners, Team Leaders and high-profile, influential Agents and Individuals on behalf of Onboarding Operations, the Growth Team and Executive Leadership

Able to assess and identify which phone calls and meetings should be escalated to Executive Leadership or Management staff
-
Track and maintain Brokerage and Team metrics
-
Identify and develop streamlined solutions to track eXp Realty’s growth efforts
-
Coordinate communications between Team Services and Executive Leadership
-
Manage projected Brokerage and Team pipeline and other metric pipelines
-
Maintains Daily, Weekly and monthly follow-ups and present at Executive meetings, upon request
-
Manage multiple communication channels (email, chat, voice, text, etc.) between Onboarding Operations, Growth Team Leadership and Executive Leadership

Set up and participate in Workplace chat groups between Onboarding Operations, Inside Sales Associate (ISA) Division, Growth Team Leadership and Executive Leadership and their prospects

Attend Onboarding Operations, Growth and other applicable department meetings and trainings in order to learn and share updates, cross-departmentally

Transcribe and maintain notes during any and all meetings

Ability to travel, if necessary

Provide resources and eXp tools, platforms and connections, as needed

Take ownership of assigned work and demonstrate initiative in identifying and addressing challenges.

Ensure availability and responsiveness during agreed-upon working hours.
