Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the virtual reception
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and offices if needed
- Guided Tours with guests / new agents as and when required, ad hoc
- Assist with agent training (eXp Tools, CRM, listings, transactions, required documents)
- Supporting agents with answering typical real estate questions or refer to appropriate team member
- Supporting agents with the referral process to ensure accurate data submission
- Management of the Hubspot Ticketing System including responding quickly to agent queries and assist agents with opening tickets for support in Operations
- Assisting with event organization, including assisting with Country Leaders calendar management, movements, travel & hotel bookings
- Increasing Agent event attendance
- Managing workplace groups, responding to posts and messages quickly
- Assisting other departments and areas of the business, such as administrative tasks, as necessary
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or a Bachelor’s degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
- One must be fluent in the English language.
- Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
