Do you have a strategic mindset with a love of data analysis? Are you looking for a new and exciting role with a fast-growing e-commerce business? We are looking for a highly motivated and driven individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Transportation team! This job is an entry-level transportation position in out outbound shipping team. You will interact with customer service, sales, and the supply chain teams. You will have the chance to learn from many talented people as you grow professionally. The position will have flexibility with remote/in-person work, with likely 1-2 days a week required in-person at our headquarters in West Jordan, UT. 

This is how you can contribute to our success:

• Process LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) orders with for our partners.
• Work with our warehouses to ensure these orders ship properly and on time.
• Ensure partner’s systems are updated with tracking information.
• Review dashboards daily and take action to ensure freight moves as expected.
• Learn other shipping responsibilities and assist as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP software preferred.
• Prefer 1+ years of experience in domestic transportation.
• Innovative and independent thinker with a focus on continuous improvement and an entrepreneurial mentality.
• Ability to independently identify what needs to be done, build and plan, and present recommendations.
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business teams, business units, and functions.
• The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and in a team environment, be adaptable to change, and be seeking a long-term opportunity with potential for growth in a fast-growing company.
