Lead the scheduling and workflow for all creative, content and studio requests.
Maintains workflow by monitoring steps in the process; scheduling photo and video shoots, initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Ensures that resources are adequate to meet the organization’s production schedule while ensuring the highest quality standards.
Manages the activities of production personnel including workflow and working through multiple projects and requests at once.
Organize the logistics of shoots, manage any freelance talent, and work closely with the product design and creative teams on innovation and derivative product requests.
Manage our internal studio operations and procedures to meet and exceed goals, not limited to scheduling, studio set productions, maintenance, repairs, etc.
Manage the priorities within our internal creative teams and external partners.
Ensure digital and physical filing systems are maintained and current.
Assist leadership with tracking and coordinating of creative project items when needed.

Qualifications
2-4 years previous as a project manager or similar role. Creative project management or producer experience a plus.
Experience in the visual content or design industry preferred, furniture industry a plus.
Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and specifically Microsoft Excel).
Experience with project management software. Experience in Wrike, Airtable, or Smartsheet preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with a strong proactive approach and results driven.
Attention to detail, strong problem solving and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
