The TownePlace Suites Indianapolis Downtown is seeking a highly motivated Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service to ensure our guests have a memorable experience. Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Night Auditor include:
- Welcome all guests upon their arrival and provide the guest with a warm welcome.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and provide personalized recommendations and assistance.
- Ensure that each and every guest has a restful night’s sleep.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Process the night audit including guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including replenishing supplies and brochures.
Requirements for the Night Auditor include:
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
- The ability to work on your own with limited direct supervision.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with guests and other team members.
- Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to stand during the entire shift.
Flexibility to work holidays and weekends.
