The Public House restaurant, inside the Hotel Indigo Vinings Atlanta, is looking for a Breakfast Server with a friendly smile and a cheerful customer service attitude to set the tone for our guests to enjoy their dining experience with us. The Breakfast Server will serve our guests in the restaurant by ensuring that they are seated promptly, their orders are taken, prepared, and served timely, and that tables are cleaned and ready for the next guests. The ideal Hotel Breakfast Server maintains a friendly and courteous demeanor toward our guests and coworkers while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. Some Key Areas of Responsibility for the Part-Time Hotel Breakfast Server include: 
  • Welcome customers upon arrival and promptly seat them, take food and beverage orders from diners, serve meals, and meet any special requirements or requests
  • Establish a complete knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to respond to client inquiries and make recommendations
  • Accept correct payment from guests and guarantee the accuracy of the guest check and manner of payment to protect both the client and the business from any transaction mistakes
  • Participate in pre-shift and department meetings to gain a thorough grasp of all products, services, and facility activities
  • Perform all restocking and cleaning activities as directed, including opening and closing duties
 
Requirements for the Part-Time Hotel Breakfast Server: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED
  • Previous experience working in food service is preferred
  • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members

Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
