As a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. You will supervise and train a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that they follow established procedures and protocols. Additionally, you will collaborate with other departments, such as front desk and maintenance, to ensure a seamless operation.

Some Key Areas of Responsibilities for the Housekeeping Supervisor include:
- Support the training function of all newly hired room attendants and house persons.
- Provide ongoing re-training of established room attendants and housepersons.
- General support of the room attendants by performing routine general cleaning projects and delivering items to guest rooms as well as cleanliness of the public spaces.
- Provide inspections of guest rooms to ensure brand quality and standards are consistently met.
Requirements for the Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor include:
- Must be capable of self-supervision and manage time accordingly to complete the required work.
- Must be able to lead the department in the absence of the Executive Housekeeper.
- Must be able to communicate via two-way radios and telephones and have working computer knowledge to process room change status and maintenance work orders.
Applicants must be able to work weekends & holidays.
