Senior Sales Coordinator-Italy
Description
- Oversee all communications with independent distributors and customers, including promoting products, contests, business promotions, and events, as well as being responsive to all customer service needs
- Ensure effective communication with the sales force, including maintenance of language glossary, small translations, proof-reading of various materials and tools
- Proactively review and correct all tools and materials with relevant content and branding on all platforms and print
- Proactively deliver support on sales building activities, distributor training, and tutorials
- Support and liaise with the Customer Service agents to ensure all promotional and product-related programs and initiatives are communicated in a consistent and accurate manner
- Forecasts anticipated market sales, sets sales quotas and advises upper management about sales performance
- Maintaining regular KPI reports for performance tracking and strategic development
- Act as the primary contact with distributors
- Prepare and deliver weekly reports to sales leadership
- Recognize and motivate high-achieving distributors
- Implement distributor recognition initiatives and ensure timely execution according to regional corporate guidelines (welcome calls, congratulatory calls, social media, personalized certificates, on-stage, etc.)
- Coordinate and manage regular trainings via webinar, Zoom, Facebook Live, and face-to-face, on topics related to the compensation plan, sales strategies, and back-office applications (the HUB, Customer Connect, etc.)
- Plan and perform customer surveys as required
- Facilitate engagement within the national sales-focused Facebook group(s)
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, management, or related field or related experience required
- 4+ years of experience in direct selling
- Confident, self-motivated, and personable
- Service-minded with excellent negotiating skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel and accommodate working hours to business needs
- Possess a strong foundation in data analysis and modeling, with the ability to generate clear and insightful ad-hoc sales reports to support decision-making
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment but stay focused on priorities
- Excellent organizational and team support skills
- Knowledge of international trade or international issues a plus
- Italian as mother language
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of one additional language of the USANA European markets (Romanian, French, Spanish, German) is a strong plus
