Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a strategic leader to join the USANA ERP team as a senior ERP Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with USANA’s finance, and accounting teams. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing the systems and processes that support these functional areas. Additionally, you will be involved in supporting ERP systems implemented in the United States and China, as well as coordinating with teams across 20+ other countries worldwide.
What You Will Do as USANA’s Sr ERP Analyst
- Co-owns the roadmap and all support objectives related to Finance, Accounting and its 3rd party systems understanding pain points and future objectives
- Manages relationships with the business and IT teams necessary for execution of the roadmap, support and continuous improvement
- Discovers, designs, tests, maintains and scripts deploys for all applications and configurations under their ownership
- Understands the underlying structure of Oracle applications, tables and views and is efficient at querying data to troubleshoot and provide data to stakeholders
- Has a keen ability to troubleshoot system issues leveraging My Oracle Support and other tools to quickly resolve issues
- Leads or partners with IT Project Management to define project plans to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of projects
- Mentors other analysts and works to train them on process improvement and system functionality
- Remains aware of system updates and technological advancements then explores opportunities to incorporate these advancements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Background and Skills You Will Need
- 6 - 10 years of Oracle’s E-business suite Finance and Accounting experience with knowledge of version 12.1 and 12.2
- Strong Background with Oracle EBS Financials, Global Localization, Costing, Oracle Hyperion, SQL, and Oracle BI
- Current knowledge of GAAP, SOX, and the impact of these rules on the company
- Self-starter, effectively and efficiently performs all essential job duties and responsibilities without direct supervision
- Demonstrate analytic aptitude; capable of thinking strategically and identifying user requirements and subsequent development of comprehensive detailed technical specifications
