Assistant Ethics Manager
Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in the USANA Malaysia market as an assistant ethics manager. In this role, you will work with autonomy to ensure that Associates conduct their business in a legal and ethical manner, and to ensure compliance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures and other related regulations.
What You will Do as a USANA Assistant Ethics Manager
Essential
- Conduct trainings for internal staff and distributors and facilitate their understanding and compliance with the Company’s Policies and Procedures and related regulations
- Stay abreast of behavioral trends in the market, and coordinate with the local sales team to initiate and implement further educational tools and trainings
- Conduct sales audits and review customer complaints to identify and assess violations of the policies and procedures
- Conduct interviews and investigations based on established SOPs to substantiate or disprove alleged misconducts by Associates
- Review and conduct risk assessment of any substantiated misconducts and provide justifiable recommendations of sanctions to the management team
- Identify improper behavioral trends in the market, and implement strategic solutions to prevent, detect, or resolve issues
- Build and develop strong, professional relationships with various departments and Associates.
- To provide support to their business building activities for ethical and sustainable growth strategies
- Review and process requests on significant changes to customers’ accounts, in accordance with corporate guidelines. E.g, Transfers, placement changes
- Engage and execute business-supporting projects on an ad-hoc basis
Additional
- Attend internal and external trainings as required on various topics relevant to personal development and the Company’s goals
- Travel domestically and internationally on weekends and nights as required at USANA/Distributor events
- Engage with distributors and colleagues to effectively build professional and meaningful relationships
- Perform other duties or ad hoc projects as assigned or needed
Background and Skills You Will Need
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- A minimum of 5 years’ previous experience in customer complaint investigation and/or training, with previous experience in the Direct Selling industry favorable
- Exceptional verbal and written English, Bahasa and Chinese, with working knowledge of legal research and writing experience preferred
- Effective public speaking and presentation skills
- Good problem solving, questioning and investigative skills
- Must possess a high degree of ethics and integrity, and be willing to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to work autonomously and within strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be detail-oriented and results-oriented, with excellent planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrate ownership and ability to effectively and efficiently perform all essential job duties and responsibilities
Position is located in Malaysia.
