What You Will Do as USANA’s Nutritionist
- Manage product portfolios (nutritional & skincare products) and working closely with various departments to develop a solid product strategy to increase per customer spending and new customer acquisition.
- Provide distributors’ consultation.
- Develop and conduct product training and health seminars that will help support the field in engaging their consumers.
- Handle product related technical inquiries from distributors, end consumers and staff.
- Work closely together with home office regulatory on product registration and label review to ensure timely introduction of new product, new formulations, and imports of products into Hong Kong.
- Support distributors and preferred customers, including the preparation of product-related collaterals and sales tools.
- Proof reading of technical terms in translation.
- Plan and prepare the health- & product-related social media calendar and deliverables.
- Conduct market research and competitors’ analysis etc.
- Provide trainings to staff in handling frequently asked questions about the products.
- Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken of English & Chinese.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and/or Food Science, or health-related science.
- 3-5 years working experience, preferably with Direct Selling or Nutrition industry.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, especially in Power Point.
- Pleasant, out-going with good communication, interpersonal, presentation and public speaking skills.
- Must be detail-oriented, have good organization skills and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, possess a mature attitude and good team player.
