Duties and Responsibilities
- Helps develop and prioritize business strategies and opportunities in alignment with the company's long-term objectives by working closely with the CEO and leadership team.
- Takes a leadership role in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities, including conducting due diligence, and executing transactions to drive growth and expansion.
- Establish an operating model that supports strategic objectives, such as the expansion into new markets, product vehicles, and institutional segments, both domestically and internationally.
- Foster collaboration and synergy across departments to drive operational excellence and enhance overall company effectiveness.
- Lead efforts to develop and manage scalable technology platforms, visionary data strategies, and project management capabilities to align with strategic goals and initiatives.
- Drive efforts to improve overall company effectiveness and efficiency by identifying and incorporating best practices from across the industry.
- Lead strategic thinking to incorporate new technologies to enhance operational capabilities and drive innovation.
- Develop robust and scalable Separately Managed Account (SMA) platforms to meet the evolving needs of clients and stakeholders.
- Continuously evolve data strategies to harness the power of data analytics and insights in decision-making processes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field - required; MBA or advanced degree - preferred.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership and operational excellence within the asset management industry.

- Experience in leading M&A activities and executing strategic transactions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
