Primary Job Function:
The Investor Reporting Associate of Fund Administration will be responsible for periodic reporting of investors statements, packages, financial statements, etc. of 1940 Act funds, UCITS sub-funds, and/or private pooled funds, and related duties. Assist the Fund Administration team with other various tasks as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the supervisor in the support role to the sales team, trading desk, and external intermediaries for inquiries involving our sponsored funds.
- Review monthly reporting from service providers and assist with the monthly reporting requirements to stakeholders.
- Assist in the daily NAV production with monitoring prices, review for reasonableness, coordinate with portfolio managers on challenges or any other pricing exceptions, and provide stakeholders with the final NAV’s and AUM as warranted.
- Periodic reporting of financial information and regulatory filing requirements.
- Assist with the review and completion of annual and semi-annual financial statements and assist with audit requests from the auditors.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management on certain sponsored funds including assets under management, revenue, and board reporting.
- Ensure management fees and expenses are collected or paid on a timely basis.
- Provide market documentation updates to the custodian and/or sub-custodians as warranted.
- Assist with tax related work tasks.
- Assist with corporate finance financial reporting related tasks as assigned.

- Bachelor's degree - required.
- Accounting/Finance degree (or equivalent) - preferred.
- Qualification and progression towards the CPA - strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel including macros and pivot tables, Word, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
- Basic understanding of public and private investment products - preferred.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Organization skills with tasks, assignments and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and close team environment.
