As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager you will be dedicated to equipping Cognite sellers with the essential training, tools, content, and coaching to foster growth and success. Collaborating closely with sales, revenue, product, and marketing teams, you will develop and implement impactful, results-oriented solutions that empower the sales team to exceed their targets.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with various teams to develop, implement, and evaluate enablement content and training programs, including but not limited to:
- New hire onboarding
- Global Sales Kickoff events
- Training on critical tools and processes
- Product enablement initiatives
- Sales and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies
- Land-and-expand selling techniques
- Competitive enablement strategies
- Communicate Strategy and KPIs: Effectively communicate the enablement strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Build Trusted Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with sales teams across the globe.
- Gather and Relay Feedback: Collect and share feedback to enhance the effectiveness of enablement content and processes continuously.
- Analyze Performance Data: Utilize performance data to identify knowledge and skill gaps within the sales team.
- Manage Content Accessibility: Curate, maintain, and upload sales enablement content on our sales enterprise platforms, ensuring it is accessible and user-friendly.
- Define Metrics and Best Practices: Determine content adoption metrics and establish sales enablement best practices for regional and global use.
Who You Are
- Sales Enablement Expertise: Over 5 years in SaaS, sales/revenue enablement, with hands-on experience in direct sales roles is required.
- Coaching & Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of sales competencies, methodologies, and frameworks, including Command of the Message and MEDDICC.
- Content Development & Training Delivery: Expertise in creating engaging content and delivering both in-person and on-demand training sessions that supports enhancing sales performance and productivity.
- Project Management: Ability to lead and manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong executive presence and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Problem Solving & Autonomy: Strong problem solver comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of Facilitation: Experience in conducting impactful training events and workshops.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze Sales KPIs to drive informed business decisions and demonstrate sales enablement ROI.
- Collaborative Leadership: Collaborative mindset with leadership skills to drive adoption and engagement in a fast-paced environment.
