You will have the following responsibilities:
- Help drive Bridgewater’s affinity network strategy and partner closely with our network leaders, acting as a connector between the networks, providing cohesion and new thinking in support of the goals outlined by each respective network
- Execute against DEI training and education strategy to identify new opportunities and concepts, set goals, track progress, and compile data-oriented metrics to drive future decision making
- Build DEI related educational materials and deliver trainings, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure offerings are high quality and meet employee needs
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of messaging for both DEI affinity networks and company wide educational efforts on internal and external communication channels.
- Research and identify external opportunities aligned to DEI goals to inform DEI education and affinity network strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven track record (3-5 years of experience) of community and relationship building across a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong passion for and understanding of DEI subject matter, particularly experience working with ERGs in support of a DEI strategy
- Experience building and delivering educational content
- Experience leveraging data to benchmark and track progress of DEI initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be both assertive and open-minded at the same time, maintaining the right balance of confidence and humility
Physical Requirements
For most of our roles, Bridgewater offers remote work flexibility, with most employees required to work on campus as their principal work location, a minimum of two days (and in some cases three days) per week with the option to work offsite on other days.
Compensation
The wage range for this role is $155,000 - $235,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80% - 90% of this wage range.
