In this role, you will drive the following responsibilities:
- Administer Bridgewater’s suite of employee benefit programs with a strong focus on delivering high quality customer service
- Analyze and synthesize various data like benefit utilization, internal feedback, external benchmarking information
- Partner with internal stakeholders on compliance and finance-related deliverables
- Project manage various benefits and wellness-related initiatives and events – ex: Bridgewater’s annual Open Enrollment, ‘Mental Health Awareness Month’, and others
- Help visualize the wellness program’s goals and annual programming
Note that the final responsibility set/leveling will be dependent on our hire’s background and skillset.
We are looking for candidates with the following minimum qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of benefits consulting or related experience in the benefits space
- Excellent analytical skills; the capability to perform comprehensive research on benefits programs and utilize the output of that exploration to make informed choices
- Superb detail orientation, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to run complex processes reliably and rigorously
- Integrity, precision, security-mindedness, and strong judgement - especially in handling sensitive and complex employee information
- Substantial experience working in Microsoft Suite (most critically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Physical Requirements
For most of our roles, Bridgewater offers remote work flexibility, with most employees required to work on campus as their principal work location, a minimum of two days (and in some cases three days) per week with the option to work offsite on other days.
Compensation
The wage range for this role is $105,000 - $225,000 inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary for this role is between 80% - 90% of this wage range.
