SERVE AS A TECHNICAL LIAISON BETWEEN MISSION AND M

Duties

• Serve as a technical liaison between mission and mission support customers and Agency IT service providers.
• Serve as a technical integrator for a variety of service line provided hybrid audio/video, end-user, collaboration, and networking technologies and services to create an integrated user experience.
• Monitor the performance and delivery of IT contractors performing center-funded work.
• Initiate investigations and studies to find IT solutions to critical problems that impact the Agency's missions and operations.
• Partner with IT business relationship managers (BRMs) to discover and write technical and integration requirements based on stakeholder requirements.
• Ensure solutions effectively meet stakeholder requirements, are secure and reliable, and are fiscally and technically maintainable through verification and validation.
• Coordinate, develop, refine, demonstrate, and validate designs, models, and prototypes for proposed solutions.
• Troubleshoot, problem solve, and document and perform root cause analysis for highly technical issues and complex process deficiencies.
