EXERCISES AUTHORITY IN CYBERSECURITY SERVICES (CYS

Duties

• Exercises authority in Cybersecurity Services (CyS) technical integration between CyS services, other service lines across OCIO, and internal and external partners.
• Coordinates with the CyS/Cybersecurity Privacy Division (CSPD) Strategy and Business Office to report the health, performance, and risks associated with overall CyS service delivery activities.
• Oversight of CyS technology roadmaps and integration into all service line processes.
• Oversees CyS performance management and policy/process compliance (management controls for Object Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)).
• Contributes to development/maintenance of metrics to measure efficiency and implement continual improvement of CyS.
