Join us as a Production Technician at our Louisville, KY facility.
The Production Technician is responsible for supporting production operations within the Louisville, KY facility. This position will work to improve safety, quality, and delivery of goods throughout the warehouse.
What’s in it for you?
- The anticipated hourly pay for this role is: $18.00. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs. Eligibility for annual pay increases based on company & individual performance.

More details about the opportunity:
- Perform production duties related to the construction of manufactured industrial sized filters.
- Maintain clean work area and equipment and ability to follow standard work process.
- Must be able to read a tape measure to the 32nd.
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
- Banding, gasketing, gluing, potting, cutting cores, seaming, and packaging product.
- Must be willing to work with other employees in a team environment and adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies.
Position hours/shift:
- 2nd shift: 2:30pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds. Safety toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
