Join us as a Manufacturing Operator in our Chardon, OH location.
You will set up and operate equipment in the facility. This includes inspection of machined features to maintain quality, machine adjustments, and changing perishable tooling.

More details about the opportunity:
The facility manufactures poly glass pressure vessels, hydropneumatics pressure tanks, brine and water storage tanks which are commonly used in water purification systems, including water softeners and well systems for residential customers. You will read and understand standard work instructions, comply with safety standards and procedures, and help maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Job Duties:
- Winding tank liner with fiberglass strands that are coated with a mixture of resin and hardener.
- Produce the liners and/or air cells using blow mold presses.
- Removing excess flashing as parts come off the presses, as well as quality inspection.
- Offloading, assembling, filling, testing, and packaging tanks
- Meeting productivity requirements for the position
- Follow all 5S practices and support lean activities, as well as safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
Position hours/shift (Overtime Available!):
- 1st shift: 6:45am to 5:15pm Monday through Thursday
- All training will take place on 1st shift for 2 weeks.
Physical Requirements:
Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50 pounds. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
