Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for taking incoming technical support phone calls, entering caller information into our ERP system and assisting callers with basic technical information.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Technical Service; this position is located in Manitowoc, WI.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming phone calls and processing with accuracy into the ERP business system.
- Assist callers with basic technical information.
- Collaborate with call center and technical support personnel.
Position hours/shifts:
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM , 1st shift
Basic Job Requirements:
- High school diploma and a minimum of one year of customer service experience.
