Status
Summary
Administer vehicle arrival schedules, manifest loading, and communication with regions regarding vehicle shipping information.
Support in managing the vehicle production orders for KHQ produced vehicles by performing ongoing analysis of monthly regional production orders and weekly order prioritizations. Monitor inventory / sales pipeline for KHQ produced regional and fleet vehicles and advise management of any necessary production order adjustments. Provide intra/inter-department reporting/querying support.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 30%
Load manifests/shipping information into SAP. Advise ports and regions of loaded manifests and follow up / resolve any issues relating to production order status/manifest files.
2nd Priority - 30%
Provide support to Distribution Planning Manager in collection and compilation of regional production orders, assist in developing weekly production prioritization requests and compile monthly production order forecasts (running 5 months forecasts) for KHQ produced vehicles.
3rd Priority - 15%
Assist Distribution Planning Manager in managing HAEA systems projects and systems documentation needs.
4th Priority - 15%
Provide support to distribution management in planned and ad-hoc reports/activities. (EPA weight restriction report, pipeline trim mix report, monthly production report…etc).
5th Priority - 10%
Coordinate all ESN, Key/Door No., and Engine Code related activities with KHQ, KaGA & KMX factories
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Overall Experience
- Minimum of three (3) years wholesale automotive experience
Directly Related Experience
- Three (3) years sales, vehicle/parts distribution operations experience desired
Position Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays
- Perform other duties as assigned

Pay Range
$63,106.00 - $82,212.00
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
