Status
Summary
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Legal Department (Corporate), including, but not limited to, the following areas: commercial contracts, corporate transactional documents, employment, marketing/advertising, and corporate governance. Responsibilities are related to contract management, preparing reports, general administrative and clerical support, and other ad hoc activities as needed.
Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 70%
Support Paralegals with Contract Management and Legal Review Requests.
Support the Legal Department’s Corporate Paralegals in contract and legal review request management, including intake, review, approval, and execution of commercial contracts and other legal matters using the contract management system.
2nd Priority - 30%
Departmental Support.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Supervisor, Corporate Paralegals, and Corporate Counsel. Assignments will vary and may include general administrative functions as well as support on special projects from time to time.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-3 years of work experience required.
Overall Experience
- Administrative experience strongly preferred
- Contracts management experience a plus
- Corporate experience a plus
- Legal experience a plus

Pay Range
$51,436.00 - $64,266
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
