Major Responsibilities
1st Priority - 40%
Lead GA4 and Adobe Analytics projects with respect to digital marketing efforts. Identify and report actionable insights to improve marketing performance.
2nd Priority - 30%
Lead collaboration with other internal GA4 & Adobe product owners on the direction of the platforms and capabilities, especially as it relates to integration and utilization of audience targeting, and support of automation and personalization
3rd Priority - 15%
Support the Marketing Director, National Manager, Marketing Strategy and Manager, Media in developing a marketing data strategy and architecture, assessing the department's data points and identifying opportunities for 2nd and 3rd party data. Work with Customer Journey on 1st Party Data integration and analysis.
4th Priority - 15%
Lead the process of collaborating with the Kia digital Technology Team, Autoever (HAEA), other relevant Kia America stakeholders, and digital agency partners to improve data processes, integration, and usage. Monitor and improve data quality and enhance campaign monitoring optimization.
Education/Certification

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration/ Marketing/Data Science or equivalent work experience required
Overall Experience
-
Minimum 10 years digital marketing experience of which at a minimum 4 years direct experience with Google Analytics and or Adobe Analytics
Directly Related Experience
- Automotive experience desired
- Minimum 8 years of data, analytics and/or marketing science experience
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics and integrated marketing stacks
- Working knowledge of Tableau, BI or other data visualization technologies
Other Requirements:
- Occasional travel may be required domestically and/or internationally.
- May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Range
$108,209.00 - $151,585
Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
