The Manager, Sourcing and Engagement is a brand ambassador and a strategic partner to the business. They are responsible to work with members of TA and HR to partner with business leaders to align both talent and sourcing strategies with hiring decisions, identify creative and varied sources of qualified talent, champion workforce development programs, and ensure an outstanding candidate and employee experience. The ideal candidate has a strong commitment to the collective business and individual success of their team.
Primary Responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks)

Champion the organization’s mission, vision and core values as well as our employee value proposition to be able to communicate our message to passive or active applicants as we engage through social media campaigns or sourcing events.

Leads as an ambassador of NiSource Culture – We Care

Drive sourcing and engagement initiatives led by industry best practices, data, and industry insights

Lead digital media campaigns to align with Talent Acquisition priorities

Demonstrate engagement and sourcing accomplishments through data and storytelling.

Lead the team to continually bring new, fresh and creative sourcing ideas

Partner with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and business leaders to proactively address sourcing needs

Lead the execution of the summer internship program including planning, program oversight, onboarding and educational events.

Ensure NiSource’s day one onboarding program supports an enviable new hire experience.

Drive the creation and implementation of a robust onboarding program (beyond day 1) that supports a high-quality new hire transition into NiSource

Ensure high quality outcomes for sourcing, candidate engagement and onboarding efforts through the use of data analysis.

Partner with TA Analyst and People Analytics team to ensure process and analytics are aligned to Talent Acquisition’s objectives and key results.

Lead with a continuous improvement mindset by developing new ways to streamline, automate or otherwise enhance new employee orientation and onboarding processes and materials

Serve as a change agent to identify and assist in driving improvements in professional sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent working experience
-
5+ years’ experience in a talent acquisition related role designing and executing integrated talent processes and tools across multiple functions, regions or geographies

Demonstrated ability leading sourcing efforts with the ability to design and implement sourcing solutions for various role types (e.g. corporate, field, high volume, unique etc.)

Excellent data analysis skills, creating detailed reports, forecasts, and trends.

Ability to translate analysis, reports etc. into compelling business cases that drive decisions

Problem solving skills with strong business acumen and desire to build relationships as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders

Excellent project management skills to formulate a plan of action and effective execution of the plan

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and support multiple people/programs simultaneously

Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively across organizational boundaries, in close collaboration with HR and business partners

Demonstrated leadership ability in a fast-paced business environment.

Established strength with oral and written communication skills

Proven ability to solve problems and drive effective results

Experience in talent sourcing using applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and recruitment technology.

Strong time management and prioritization skills, organizational skills, and flexibility

Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and timely follow through

High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

May require occasional travel

Salary Range:
$107,000.00 - $160,500.00
