The IT Analyst - Executive Support will be a part of the IT End User Services tower working directly with the Executive Leadership and End User team. You will work under the direction of the IT Infrastructure Manager to perform routine assignments.
As the IT Analyst – Executive Support you will offer direct technical support to our Executive Leadership team and work directly with our End User Service team to manage the support of our Conference Room environment. This role works closely with the IT Infrastructure Manager of End User Services and other peers to manage the services for Executive Leadership and Conference Room. The candidate will provide technical support to board members and travel to board meetings. In addition – to IT Executive Leadership support, the role will provide ongoing support to the conference room environment on a day-to-day basis.
Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Provide technical support to executive board meetings and members onsite and offsite

Work with a sense of urgency to resolve IT executive leadership issues and requests

Coordinate connectivity issues with on-site network team

Maintain current stock of executive device travel package

Provide direct, hands-on, support to executive incidents

Assist executives with hosting conference room meetings

Coordinate office moves/reconfiguration with Facilities when necessary

Provide conference room support onsite and remote locations
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
-
1+ years of experience in executive IT support
-
1+ years of experience using a ITSM tool such as ServiceNow or Remedy/BMC
-
1+ years of experience supporting Apple iOS, iPadOS, MacOS with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
-
1+ years of experience troubleshooting with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for application and device registration, compliance, and configuration policies etc.

1+ years of experience with collaboration applications such as Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Viva Engage etc.
Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of ITIL processes and metrics

General working knowledge of the gas and electric utility industry

$77,400.00 - $116,200.00
