Traeger is seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our sales team. As our Retail Store Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our store. This position involves a wide range of duties and responsibilities that are vital for providing exceptional service to our clientele. This position is based at Traeger HQ, downtown Salt Lake City.
How You'll Help Us Win:
In this varied role, your time will be spent on the following activities:
- Customer Service - meeting & greeting customers, assisting with customer needs and delivering a positive shopping experience
- Sales - recommend and showcase products based on customer needs
- Stocking and inventory management - merchandising, stock of shelves, receiving shipments etc.
- Payment processing
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
