What You'll Do:
As the Culinary Content Manager at Traeger you will be an integral member of our brand marketing team who will oversee the project management of recipe and food content development from ideation to publishing. In this role you will be on the front lines of new & innovative marketing projects and will collaborate closely with Traeger’s culinary, brand, and digital teams. We’re looking for an incredibly organized individual who is adaptable, has the ability and skills needed to work with all levels of management, and possesses strong project management skills. This role is pivotal in coordinating Traeger’s recipe content with internal stakeholders and managing channel owner expectations. This individual will work cross-functionally with multiple internal departments to gather and socialize information on an ongoing basis. You will proactively communicate with the culinary team to schedule serialized recipe content while preparing for production timeframes with the internal creative team. Additionally, you will support the team in various administrative activities, such as building project schedules, helping organize and prepare for video/photo shoots, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and coordinating with various key players to ensure all projects start and end on time.
How You Will Help Us Win:
- Own long-form culinary content end-to-end; executing strategies and goals defined by key stakeholders.
- Produce results aligned to specific KPIs across multiple channels.
- Manage timelines and a publishing calendar.
- Assist with photo and video shoots as needed.
- Gather, produce, and distribute performance reports for internal purposes.
- Seek cross-functional input and execute to plans and timelines.
- Maintain strong and healthy relationships with other departments to ensure the success and teamwork of the brand.
- Manage coordination and scheduling of meetings; take and distribute notes and follow up actions for the team.
- Bringing a passion or interest in food trends and food media is a bonus!
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of work experience in a Project Management or similar role
- Experience in integrated marketing, media, publishing, or relevant areas.
- Well-versed in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Meaningful and complex project management skills.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail.
- Comfortable and confident acting as a project owner
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional, pleasant demeanor
