Essential Duties
- Leads all menu (core, specials, and off-premises) processes and partners with cross-functional teams to prepare for menu deployments.
- Manages product testing pipeline in partnership with ops excellence team.
- Partners with Insights, Beverage & R&D leads in ideation and development of product pipeline.
- Stay informed on general industry news and product trends to identify product marketing opportunities/challenges/gaps and help translate into actionable ideas.
- Build strategies and fact-based business cases, facilitate planning sessions and drive change activities for food, beverage and cross-functional strategic initiatives advancing revenue ideas and channels.
- Create regular processes to escalate potential risk issues so leadership can remove impediments for all strategic initiatives.
- Prepare materials for internal and external presentations on products, business plans and management communications.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, and R&D to focus on recommendations, benefits and achievements for each marketing initiative while balancing execution and influencing key stakeholders.
- Support strategic brand initiatives by analyzing menu/project results, providing insights and delivering business solutions to leadership ensuring a successful business plan.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred
Experience/Skills:
The Manager of Product Marketing must be thoughtful and collaborative with proven experience driving innovation and change.
- Minimum of 7 years of product marketing (or similar) experience in a fast-paced consumer-oriented environment with demonstrated success of building strong relationships across functions.
- Capable of market analysis and competitive research with an understanding of restaurant operations.
- Demonstrates analytical, creative, problem-solving skills focused on driving results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Ability to effectively influence and collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational skills; ability to set appropriate priorities and use time effectively.
- Strong relationship-building skills that foster teamwork, creative thinking and business improvements.
