Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of Menu Item Master Data System including but not limited to Recipe mapping.
- Manage key relationships with internal and external customers, and cross-functional teams across the business units and concepts including but not limited to R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Productivity, Beverage, Marketing, and Operations.
- Support the Menu Item Request (MIR) process and provide support to business users as it relates to menu items and point of sale setup.
- Maintain, manage, and optimize the pricing tiers for menu items across Concepts.
- Assign and maintain the appropriate hierarchy categories and recipe, as well as other key data elements to each menu item.
- Develop and execute an audit process for auditing data in each of our systems to ensure data integrity, including but not limited to data within the recipes.
- Quick response and troubleshoot issues when arise to ensure the requests are handled in a timely matter.
- Translate business requirements into technical specs for development teams, specifically but not limited to POSi and Online Ordering.
- Assist in development activities within the Team by participating in monthly cross-trainings, at times leading these sessions, as well as provide other trainings as the subject material expert.
- Responsible for work performed in our Tampa, FL Restaurant Support Center (RSC) and may eventually qualify for a local, hybrid (mix of onsite and remote) each week.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Education
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, a Technology-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Hospitality or Technology-related field required.
- 3+ years of experience with Point-of-Sale POSi System preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a Master Data related field preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Ability to make independent decisions, as well as work with tight deadlines and be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with managing master data and working with large amounts of detailed data.
- Experience with architecting a Point-of-Sale System is a plus.
- Organizational skills and a commitment to quality.
- Verbal & written communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
