Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose, California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing, manufacturing, and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers for 100 miles at speeds of up to 150 mph while producing minimal noise.

What you’ll do:
- Position: Supply Chain Planner. Full time.
- The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for managing, reviewing, and maintaining the Sales Inventory Operation Planning (SIOP) plan for test aircraft and production aircraft ● Forecast and report on current and projected spend and PPV
- Develop the Material Resource Plan (MRP) and ensuring execution
- Manage inventory levels to avoid production disruption. Identify risk and escalate to management ahead of issues
- Manage demand and E&O when there is a design or BOM changes
- Manage cross-functional SIOP reviews. Ensure demand, supply, and inventory plans support business direction. Identify risk and opportunities and adjust SIOP as necessary. ● Work closely with respective departments to continuously improve internal processes and systems to enhance organizational value and efficiency.
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing or Operations. ● 6+ years of related experience, managing MRP schedules in ERP/MES driven environments. Experience in Automotive / high volume industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and highly regulated environment.
- Expert with ERP, MRP, MES systems management.
- Results oriented and metrics driven leader, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Strong team player.

We drive a pay-for-performance culture and reward performance that supports the Company’s business strategy. For this position we are targeting a base pay between $101,760 - $125,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
