Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Business Analysis
- Serve as liaison between end users and software engineering team.
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gather information; evaluate output requirements.
- Develop solution options, build consensus with end users to help decision making, and build proof-of-concept models.
- Work with development team to design systems by analyzing requirements, construct workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, write business specifications and use cases.
- Serve as application owners, expert in existing application functionality; liaise with vendors to resolve open questions.
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, release notes and FAQ’s.
- Provide application support to users; facilitate end user training.
- Software Testing
- Perform Quality Assurance testing of software changes ensuring results meet requirements, including managing upgrades.
- Facilitate acceptance testing with users; capture, prioritize and resolve any identified issues prior to release.
- Introduce QA Automation Tools / techniques / best practices for Manual, Semi-Automated and Automated testing.
- Project Management
- Maintain Project Portfolio, reporting project status and progress tracking of in-flight strategic initiatives.
- Define individual project requirements by identifying milestones and phases; manage project team to plan.
- Drive project progress; identify, track, and escalate issues; resolve problems; publish progress reports.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with Workday platform including:
- Financials modules, Adaptive planning, OfficeConnect, Banking integrations, punch-out capabilities, Strategic Sourcing module
- HCM modules, Time Tracking, Absence Mgmt, Benefits, Learning, Media Cloud, advanced compensation, CloudConnect for Benefits, Learning, and Payroll, as well as Greenhouse integrations
- US Payroll modules
- PRISM, Workday Extend, Kainos SmartShield, Kainos SmartTest Kainos SmartAudit
- Workday administrative functions including:
- Smart Proxy, Security Administration, Community User Management, Training Coordinator, Named Support Contact, Customer Central Security Administration.
- Experience with Project Management tools including: Microsoft Project, Jira, SmartSheet, etc.
