INTEGRATE AND COORDINATE ACROSS SCIENCE, ENGINEERI

Duties

• Integrate and coordinate across science, engineering, mission planning, and operations to support development and ensure continuity of science in the overarching Artemis architecture.
• Leverage scientific discipline knowledge to enhance and advance group interactions within Directorate, Center, and Agency-level Artemis organizational environments.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance as a scientific expert for Artemis projects and participate as needed in facility, field training, and test campaigns leading to planetary spaceflight operations.
• Collaborate with the Exploration Science Office Branch Chief and Artemis Science Integrator to develop budgets, monitor expenditures and report results to stakeholders; and identify and participate in internal and external funding opportunities.
• Support lunar science mission planning and operations through focused meetings, working groups, and teams assuming leadership roles as appropriate.
• Provide service to the Division, Directorate, Center, or Agency to support outreach, mentoring, reviews, panels/boards, and administrative functions as needed.
