Accounting Manager, F&BPay Details:
The annual base salary range for this position in California is $100,000 to $120,000 per year. The starting pay for the successful candidate depends on various job-related factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education/training, internal value, peer equity, external market demands, and organizational considerations.This is a full-time, exempt position located at ACC in Anaheim who will manage and oversee the daily operations of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable primarily for the F&B department. The Accounting Manager will develop and maintain processes for multiple entities, enforce spending policies, and manage internal controls (financial reporting). This role requires 5-10 years of experience in accounting/finance. Experience in working with multiple entities is required.
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
Cash Flow Management
Budget Management, assist in monitoring of budgets and analyze variances
Review and approve journals
Prepare Recap Reports for events
Reconcile intercompany accounts
Balance Sheet Schedules
Assist in revenue and expenditure variance analysis
Ensure monthly and year-end process deadlines are met
Assist in ad hoc reporting & projects
Achieve financial accounting objectives as set by the company
Assist in year-end financial audits
Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document all transactions
Skills
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Advanced computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 software is a plus
Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Able to direct and supervise
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Strong leadership skills
Dedication to driving and achieving results

Education - Bachelor's Degree
Experience Required – 5+ Years
