Premium Sales ManagerPay Details:
The starting salary for this position is $69,000 per year.This position is responsible for the sales and renewals of Honda Center Premium products, including Luxury Suites, All-Event Club Seats, and other Premium products for the Anaheim Ducks and Honda Center. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented member committed to growing their career in the sports & entertainment industry. This position reports to the Senior Director of Premium Sales & Service.
Responsibilities
Effectively promote and sell Honda Center Luxury Suites and Premium Level Seats for multi-year contracts and individual events
Meet or exceed established sales goals and department objectives
Generate new sales through telephone, outside appointments, and development of referrals and leads through networking, cold calling, prospecting, and other techniques
Build and leverage relationships with businesses and individuals to promote Honda Center assets
Maintain and communicate accurate sales reports detailing appointments, prospecting calls, and account maintenance
Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment, and other activities as required
Work and perform assigned event day and event night responsibilities during Ducks home games and other Honda Center events
Work closely with Premium Ticketing and Servicing departments
Enter all pertinent prospect and customer information in the CRM platform for efficient reporting and historical data purposes
Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Premium Sales & Service
Skills
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years prior sales experience selling to high-end clientele, preferably in a professional sports or entertainment environment
High energy and passion for the product
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed stipulated sales goals
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Effective time management and organizational skills
Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Experience in Archtics and CRM is a plus
Valid driver’s license required with a good driving record
Must be available to work all Ducks home games and some away games, plus able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays as required in a flexible schedule
