A Day in Your Life at Peoples Bank:
As a Treasury Management Support Specialist, you will provide a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt, efficient and courteous service to all new and existing treasury services customers, branches and the treasury sales team. You will be responsible for the underwriting of new services, onboarding, training business clients on the new services and ongoing support of all treasury products. Treasury Management Services that you will provide include, Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, Wires, Business Online Banking, ACH and Check Positive Pay, Employer HSA Services and Merchant Services.
Your Primary Responsibilities Would Include:
- Reviewing incoming applications for all Treasury Services products for accuracy to ensure audit requirements are met.
- Completing underwriting for Treasury Services products
- Onboarding of new Treasury Services within the necessary systems (Business services took, Wex and RDC Dashboard).
- Scheduling and completing training with new Treasury Services business clients via phone.
- Providing ongoing support as needed for Treasury Services customers (ACH, Wires, RDC, HSA and escalated Business Manager).
- Completing ongoing maintenance for all Treasury Services. This includes collecting updated documentation pertaining to RDC, ACH and HSA.
- Researching and responding to all branch and department inquiries regarding Remote Deposit, ACH, Wires, HSA Administrator, escalated Business Manager requests and other Treasury Services products.
- Possessing knowledge of and compliance with all Federal and State regulations.
- Understanding and communicating security and risk surrounding cash management products (PCI, tokens, anti-virus, phishing, dual control)
- Annually reviewing RDC and ACH. This includes working closely with the customer and other departments to ensure annual review findings are addressed and corrected.
What You Bring to the Team:
- You have a High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- You are enthusiastic about providing a high level of customer service.
- You have a minimum two-years’ customer service experience.
- You have experience with Internet Explorer Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- You have the ability to learn 10+ computer programs.
- You have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- You can perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have strong interpersonal skills including professional etiquette and service mentality.
- You are skilled at business communication, both verbal and written.
- You have a strong professional demeanor and high regard for confidentiality.
- You have the ability to model the Peoples Bank Mission, Vision, and Values.
