Overview
Corporate Bank Technology has embarked on a multi-year technology refresh program that includes revitalization of "Channel" applications for payment initiation. The platform provides Corporate and Institutional banking services to Deutsche Bank’s clients over the internet. You will be working on enhancing applications that follow layered architecture pattern using JAVA EE architecture with an Oracle backend. With your engagement – the application team will strive to meet various global and country specific regulatory and market driven requirements for payment initiation and account reporting modules. The result of your work will be directly influencing key profitability metrics of the Bank and you will contribute towards applications that perform operational monitoring to run our business across the globe.

What You’ll Do
Work as part of a cross-functional or feature development team, closely collaborating with development teams to understand requirements, ensure testability, design test solutions, implement and support them
Design and develop test execution plans with test approach and scenarios for product enhancements testing
Take part in multiple phases of testing (E2E/Regression/System Integration/User Acceptance Testing) focused on Test Automation and continuous integration/continuous deployment
Work within an agile development lifecycle focusing on business outcomes, contributing to Quality Production Releases
Contribute to the wider engineering community sharing and reusing designs, ideas, and test solutions
Skills You’ll Need
Capability in drafting test cases, producing and understanding traceability matrix, and to collate metrics ,Key Performance Indicators (KPI) information for reporting purposes
Understanding of testing frameworks, familiarity working with Unix and Windows platforms, Experience on Agile software development frameworks and processes
Familiarity with user interface/user experience (UX/UI) methodology
Strong hands-on experience in writing complex Structured Query Language (SQL) queries
Knowledge with continuous integration/continuous deployment or development (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins and Automation experience with Test Driven Development and/or Behavior-Driven Development using Cucumber
Skills That Will Help You Excel

Knowledge of Agile methodology

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Cary office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Cary is $85,000 to $120,750. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
