As our new Fulfillment Program Manager, you will collaborate with internal and external customers to further optimize and align our current processes and systems within Cisco while maintaining Meraki’s fast fulfillment model. To be successful in this role, you will need to develop a solid understanding of Cisco’s business systems, have the ability to identify and report on inefficiencies, gaps, or incompatibilities, partner with business stakeholders on behalf Fulfillment teams to efficiently drive initiatives to fruition, communicate effectively with senior and executive leaders, and exude strong leadership skills.
What You Will Do
● Develop a thorough understanding of all Cisco Meraki fulfillment business systems and operations, and build SME knowledge to represent Fulfillment Operations as needed
● Lead process/technology projects on behalf of the Fulfillment Operations organization, often partnering with an EPMO and cross-functional teams, including developer resources
● Projects include systems integrations with Cisco Meraki’s partners, including 3PLs, carriers, and brokers, plus compliance and run-the-business projects
● Own end-to-end responsibility for the project management life cycle from intake to closing; lead solution design, execution, testing, change management, and normalization with quick issues resolution; maintain alignment to key decisions, timelines and deliverables
● Support Fulfillment PMO operations, which may include evaluation of internal customer project requests, project prioritization per strategic business objectives, resource planning, project roadmapping, team metrics and reporting, and collaboration with the Operations EPMO
● Act as a team lead and coach; share project management experience and knowledge with colleagues
● Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
● 7+ years of demonstrated program/project management experience leading Supply Chain or Fulfillment Operations projects with a process-oriented approach, managing from conception to closing; waterfall and agile methodologies required
● Strong executive skills; leadership mindset that is curious and inquisitive
● Presentation and communications experience with working and executive-level audiences; strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the knowledge to communicate the reasoning behind solutions
● Level-headed with difficult circumstances; demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally and in parallel with EPMO and developer teams; ability to shift quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
● Experience with ERP, WMS, and PM tools; Microsoft Great Plains, Oracle, and Jira preferred
● Intermediate level Excel skills required; experience analyzing detailed datasets to identify risks and opportunities
● 4-year college degree required; masters degree preferred
● Able to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

When available, the salary range posted for this position reflects the projected hiring range for new hire, full-time salaries in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including equity or benefits. For non-sales roles the hiring ranges reflect base salary only; employees are also eligible to receive annual bonuses. Hiring ranges for sales positions include base and incentive compensation target. Individual pay is determined by the candidate's hiring location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. U.S. employees have to quality medical, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with a Cisco matching contribution, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance and numerous wellbeing offerings. Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday, plus a day off for their birthday. Employees accrue up to 20 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) each year and have access to paid time away to deal with critical or emergency issues without tapping into their PTO. We offer additional paid time to volunteer and give back to the community. Employees are also able to purchase company stock through our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
