Field and Events Marketing Coordinator

• Review and propose conference and event opportunities for Bridger Photonics.
• Manage the entirety of the event process including planning, logistics, travel, and post-event review.
• Oversee booth logistics, including material procurement, shipping arrangements, and setup/takedown logistics, ensuring seamless execution.
• Work closely with the Marketing Lead and VP of Sales to plan best-suited attendees from within the Bridger team.
• Assist in follow up and management of leads.
• Identify opportunities to expand the company’s presence, including speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and complimentary Bridger hosted events.
• Plan and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaigns to promote conferences and events through ads, emails, and other avenues.
• Manage relationships with vendors and organizers.
• Monitor effectiveness of conferences and events, analyzing metrics such as lead generation, engagement levels, and return on investment.
• Maintain a calendar of events and manage pre-event and post-event communications both internally and externally.
• Attend conferences as needed.
   

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel as required.  Travel is approximately 25-30%.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Hubspot campaigns and Canva
• Experience using project management software like Monday.com
• Knowledge of the Oil and Gas market encouraged, but not required.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc.)

• This is a full-time position.
• This position is based at Bridger’s facility in Bozeman, MT and is not a remote work position.
