As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of our company by being the engine that keeps our Talent Team running. We are looking for someone to provide front-line expertise with administrative support for interview coordination, pre-employment testing, document management, analytics, and reporting. You will play a critical role in enabling our team to scale in 2024 and beyond. You will be empowered to challenge existing processes so that we are working smarter, not harder. What you will contribute:

Act as a trusted partner to our Talent Acquisition Business Partners, People Business Partners, Exec. Admins, Senior Leadership Team, and Uplight’s hiring managers in coordinating candidate interview activity on a variety of searches.

Follow a structured hiring process with the goal of fostering an exceptional hiring team and candidate experience.

Serve as the main point of contact for everything scheduling related to our internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the interview process, utilizing Jobvite, Zoom, Google Workspace, and other technology.

Edit, refine, and audit job descriptions.

Communicate across Uplight teams to schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

Collaborate with people operations in generating and processing candidate offers, kicking off new-hire workflows, and facilitating internal promotions and transfers.

Manage incoming employee referrals in Freshworks/Freshdesk in support of our referral program.

Bring a continuous improvement mindset - Identifying choke points and inefficiencies, recommending solutions, gathering stakeholder feedback, and driving process improvement.

Assist with talent team project work serving in the capacity of project coordinator as needed.
What you bring to Uplight:

2 to 4 years of experience working in a recruiting coordination, departmental admin, or office management capacity.

Remarkable organizational skills and relentless drive to improve efficiency.

Scrappy and creative thinker who is comfortable navigating through ambiguity.

Highly effective go-getter who can self-manage and execute new processes and strategies.

Ability to identify and act on shifting priorities while balancing multiple projects and tasks.

Strong ability to communicate clearly via in-person, Zoom, phone, and email.

Great sense of teamwork and collaboration.

Resourceful with the ability to be able to problem-solve and create new processes.

A knack for clear communications across multiple delivery methods / in-person, Zoom, phone, and written.

Broad knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Bonus points:

Experience working with Slack, Jobvite, LinkedIn Recruiter, Docusign, and various Google tools.

Hourly Range: $25.00 to $30.00
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the approximate annual base compensation range is listed above. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity among our team.
