Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM degree or a related field. Must have 1 year of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Position requires 1 year of related work experience in each of the following:
- Providing organization leaders with the capabilities and tools to build flexible, innovative business models that create and capture value for the organization, supported by a strong operations and supply chain foundation, utilizing Apollo Root Cause Analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodology;
- Providing support in developing and documenting process manufacturing and supply chain processes and metrics in a manner consistent with six sigma and lean methodologies, utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) charts and Statistical Quality Control (SQC) charts;
- Providing Oil, Gas and Chemical Manufacturing industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modelling to produce analysis and algorithms, utilizing SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), MS Power BI, and Minitab;
- Analyzing financial statements and budgeting processes to identify cost levers for reduction and optimization, utilizing Ms Excel for financial data analysis and Engineering Management principles;
- Capturing business requirements, creating high-level design documents, and implementing analytical solutions for Manufacturing Process and Quality Improvement Projects using Process mapping and simulation tools; MS Visio and AspenTech;
- Working across phases of the Operations and Supply Chain Transformation, including Design and Change Management Phases for product and strategy insight solutions for enterprise-level clients; and
- Modeling, designing and developing reports and dashboards to measure performance metrics of clients, based on machine data and enterprise KPIs utilizing Allen Bradley’s Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), ABB Distributed Control System (DCS), Osi Pi Data Historian, SQL, and MS Power BI.

Position Summary

Work You’ll Do
Create innovative and transformative solutions that address supply chain needs. Participate in the creation of effective visions, strategies, and roadmaps in direct alignment and support of business and technology objectives. Architect enterprise, customer and operating model strategies and advise on how to grow business and achieve target cost structures. Help innovate and transform current business models and customer experiences in order to create sustaining competitive advantages that leverage emerging digital and cognitive technologies. Assist in the development of a shared services organization and in the improvement of back-office efficiencies by eliminating duplication and streamlining processes with a focus on stakeholder management. Assist in the analysis of various industries to synthesize quantitative and qualitative market financial information, key players, and trends.
- 50% Travel required nationally.
